About the Coach

Overview

Penny is an experienced Leadership Coach and Consultant who draws her own unique experience in C-Suite roles, including ten years as a Chief Executive Officer.

She coaches and advises leaders and executives across Government agencies, NGOs, Corporate and Business to navigate the complex challenges and demands of contemporary leadership.

Penny sums up her approach in these words:

“When I work with you as a leader or in your capacity as a member of a leadership team, I honour the uniqueness of you and your context. As a result, whether we are developing skills through individual or team coaching, workshops, or through membership of one of my leadership incubators, you can be confident that our work is bespoke to your unique needs.  I have never been a fan of the much over-used “cookie-cutter” approach to “delivering”  training and development in the leadership space.  In working from a bespoke framework, I acknowledge your unique traits, strengths, knowledge, experience, context and challenges.  In my own leadership journey I discovered that “a cookie just won’t cut it”  and when I work with you, I work collaboratively to ensure your unique needs, as an individual and/or, as part of a group are being addressed through our engagement.”
