Emerging Leaders Outcomes:

• Gain clarity on your vision for your career, your leadership values, traits and strengths.
• Underpin your existing leadership skills, knowledge and experience and create the platform to support and integrate new learnings.
• Take accountability for the vision you have for your career and establish a clear roadmap, with strategies, actions and milestones.
• Hold yourself accountable for monitoring and measuring your progress, adapting as required to ensure there is no loss of momentum.
• Develop and execute your bespoke Leadership Development Roadmap with a Leadership Coach as your accountability partner for 6-months or 12-months.

How it works

• 6-month or 12-month Emerging Leader coaching engagement
• Coaching sessions held at the Strategic Options offices at Fortune House, 1/36 Finchley Street, Milton or online via Zoom or Skype
• First session: 90 minutes Remaining sessions: 60 minutes
• Your Coach brings the process – you bring the content and a drive to attain your vision
• The focus of the first session is to explore your path to where your career is currently and to understand your future career vision.  From here we develop a bespoke leadership development plan.
• The following sessions focus on access to new learnings and knowledge, reflection, review, insights, learnings, accountabilities and further pivots.
• Between meetings we connect via SLACK or email to check in if issues or opportunities arise.
